5. Limitation of Liability

- We do not guarantee that all claims will be approved by insurance providers, as approval depends on third-party payers.
- We are not liable for delays, losses, or disruptions caused by external factors beyond our control.
6. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- You violate these Terms or any legal or regulatory requirements.
- Payment obligations are not met.
- There is evidence of fraud, misuse, or unethical conduct.
Clients may also terminate their agreement with prior written notice, as specified in the service agreement.
